Only a few years old: Family Dollar in North Seminole Heights Already Falling Apart

Cigarette buts adorn the parking lot, with obvious decay to the building; boarded up, siding falling down. We DONT NEED ANOTHER ONE OF THESE. This location  is only 1.2 Miles away from the proposed location at 5100 Florida ave.
